These terms apply to the website at zblinds.com and to the text messages we send. They are offered by Z Blinds Company, Inc. (“Z Blinds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which designs, sells, and installs window coverings in Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley. By using our website or agreeing to receive our text messages, you agree to these terms.

## 1. SMS Terms

**Program.** Z Blinds Order Texts are sent by Z Blinds Company, Inc. to customers who have an order with us and have agreed to receive text messages about it.

**What we send.** Texts about your own order: confirming you are set up for texts, letting you know your window coverings have arrived and asking for a day to schedule your installation, and reminding you of your installation appointment. We do not send marketing texts through this program.

**How you agree.** You agree by giving us your mobile number and telling our team you would like texts about your order. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

**Message frequency.** Message frequency varies by order, usually 2 to 4 messages per order, plus any replies to messages you send us.

**Message and data rates may apply**, depending on your mobile phone plan.

**Help.** Reply **HELP** to any message for help, or call our customer service team at (559) 343-2973.

**Opting out.** Reply **STOP** to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to. To start again, call us at (559) 343-2973.

**Carriers.** Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## 2. Using our website

You may use zblinds.com to learn about our products and services and to contact us. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or interfere with its operation. Product descriptions, photos, and prices on the website are for general information. Your quote and order documents set the products, prices, and terms for your project.
