Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

What we send. If you give us your mobile number and tell us you prefer to be contacted by text, we send text messages about your order and project: scheduling your measurement or installation, appointment reminders, order and delivery updates, and follow-up after installation. These are informational messages about work you have asked us to do. We do not send marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

How you agree. You agree to receive these messages by giving us your mobile number and choosing text as your preferred contact method, for example on your order or when you speak with our team. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your project, and is usually a few messages per order. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to. Replies. If you reply to one of our text messages, we keep your reply with your project record so our team can respond to it.
