MechoShade Systems, Inc. warrants to original purchasers that the hardware and shade cloths of dependable service of its Mecho/5™ Manual Shade System and ElectroShade Motorized Shade System (interior use products) are free of manufacturing defects in factory materials or workmanship for a LIFETIME*.

LIFETIME* Limited Warranty is defined to be the life of the project for which it was originally purchased, not to exceed 25 years from the date of shipment. This warranty does not depreciate in value.
