The M-2500 is used for Residential Application and has a limited lifetime warranty of five years.

This revolutionary process is easy to clean, creating beautiful yet hassle free interiors.

Heavy Duty Head-rail System
Winwear Industries Heavy Duty Head-Rail System provides smooth traversing and rotating functions for commercial and residential installations. This system features an independent, self-aligning clutch mechanism in each louver carrier. Choice of Wand Control or Chain Control Head-Rail System
Wand Control:
Traversing: Vertical blinds traverse left to right, or right to left, Blinds traverses by means of a wand control.
Wheels: Each louver carrier traverses on self-lubricating wheels to reduce draw force. No glides or slider are used.
Rotation: a 24” or 48” wand provides 180-degree rotation to each housing by turning a 4-prong, extruded aluminum pinion rod, actuating a plastic worm and spur gear assembly in each vane carrier. System keep louver fixed until reset by controls.
Channel: the headrail channel is made of anodized aluminum alloy. The seamless headrail extends the width of the blinds. The channel is available in anodized or baked enamel (ivory or white) finish.
End Control: Each headrail channel is equipped with left and right idle-end controls made of high-quality Delrin resin made by Dupont. Idle ends hold tilting rod and cover both ends of track.
Carriers: Each carrier is made of high-quality Delrin resin made by Dupont. It features an independent, self-aligning clutch mechanism in each louver carrier, allowing less friction for self-alignment. The shaft walls of the carrier are made of reinforced plastic for strength. The vane stem is made of clear plastic. Carriers self-align by rotating stem to fully closed position, with additional turning force to reset tem to uniform aligned position. Repeat procedure on opposite side to ensure full alignment.
Spacing: Heavy-duty, self-lubricating plastic link system and adjustment clops provide visually uniform vane spacing and quiet operation of blinds. Normal spacing is a minimum of 3/8’ less than louver width. Carriers self-align by rotating stem.
